Sandra Moscardo is a member the Australian Hypnotherapy Association and abides by their Code of Conduct and ethical practice guidelines.​

Newpath Hypnotherapy takes its obligations under the Privacy Act seriously and will take all reasonable steps in order to comply with the Act and protect the privacy of the personal information that we hold. This policy sets out how we intend to do so.

Newpath Hypnotherapy may from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy to take account of new laws or technology, and changes to Newpath Hypnotherapy operations and practices.

Confidentiality:

By accepting these terms, I consent that Newpath Hypnotherapy may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child, elder or any other person including myself is at risk or is currently being abused; If I as a client am in imminent danger to myself or others or if a subpoena of records has been requested.

I also understand that at anytime, Newpath Hypnotherapy may discuss aspects of my case with other colleagues keeping my full name and identity completely confidential unless I have given permission otherwise.

By booking a session with you hereby release Newpath Hypnotherapy from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning your mental and or physical wellbeing during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by accepting the terms of use.

Scope of Practice

I understand that Newpath Hypnotherapy is NOT a Psychologist or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advise and or services of a Psychiatrist, Psychologist or Medical Doctor. Newpath Hypnotherapy holds the right to refuse treatment, to cease treatment and refer me on at any time.

Participation

I give Newpath Hypnotherapy full permission to hypnotise me and to use a combination of modalities methods, knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to my personalised recording for 21 days, I play an important role in my overall success.

Guarantee

I understand that although attending a minimum of 4 consecutive weekly sessions with Newpath Hypnotherapy has a high success rate, Sandra cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Newpath Hypnotherapy has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.

Audio Recordings

I give Newpath Hypnotherapy full permission to make audio recordings that may include my voice. I understand that if a recording/s are made during or after my session/s, Newpath Hypnotherapy retains full copyright over any copies distributed to me.

Liability

You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from our negligence, we shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected with the site or your use of or reliance upon the content or any information you obtain by means of the site or your use of or reliance upon the content or any information you obtain by means of the site or any bookings or purchases you make of goods and/or services through your use of the site, including, without limitation, damage for loss of profits, loss of business, or any other consequential or pecuniary loss (even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.)
