What to expect
The first session lasts 90 minutes and goes like this:
I will explain what hypnosis is and how it works so you feel comfortable.
I ask strategic questions to understand the specific patterns and behaviours that are holding you back.
The hypnosis session lasts for around 20 minutes, I will use a mix of strategic psychotherapy and NLP to switch your beliefs and create healthier patterns.
Together we will debrief and agree on how you can take action before the next session.
All the following sessions last 60 minutes.
