Have you ever been commuting somewhere, perhaps driving and you’ve arrived at your destination without having to really think all that much about the route? You’ve done that path from A-B so often it’s now practically automatic! The same thing can happen in our lives where we develop automatic patterns and behaviours and things start running on auto-pilot, even if those actions aren’t serving us any more. If left unchecked, leaving our lives and relationships on auto-pilot can land us in places we don’t want to be.

Sandra Moscardo is a clinical hypnotherapist, a strategic psychotherapist and NLP Practitioner. She focuses on helping people who are trapped in a cycle of unhealthy relationships, unfulfilling jobs and limiting self-belief, unable to find the confidence to change. When she learnt the tools to do so, her life changed and she now wants to share it with as many people as possible.
